RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form https://parts.badboymowers.com/customer-service/setup-an-rma or email customer service at This email address is being protected from spambots. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the RMA return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • We will no longer be accepting annual returns of unsold parts.
  • Overstocked and clearance priced items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • If the shipment was an error on our end, defective or damaged, we will pay for return postage and waive the restocking fee.
  • If the shipment was ordered in error, or no longer needed, the customer will pay for return postage along with the 20% restocking fee.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
